We Could Learn A New Language And Talk Like We Know

Newington's 3rd annual "Haitian Salvation" concert is coming up in just about a week. This year, the proceeds of the event will be going toward not only the Haition Health Foundation but also to The George Stevens Fund, one of the most caring and friendly teachers I encountered in my years at Newington High School who is struggling with Leukemia. The concert will be taking place on Wednesday, December 27th at 6:30 p.m. in the Saint Mary's Church Gymnasium in Newington, CT. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased at the door. I have attended this event for the past two years and certainly will be there this year and can vouch that it is always a great time with a lot of great people. Every one who attends will be helping to support two very good causes and will be having a good time so come check it out.

This year Ryan Knowles and Derrick Henry will be performing acoustic sets and the bands Redshift and Reversible Shirts will be playing. Feel free to invite anyone you know to come.
