Reside in my mind; Resonate In My Eyes

Alright, so I've been pretty busy lately. I recently decided that I'm going to be going to California this month so I'll be leaving on Tuesday. Because of this unexpected trip I've been working pretty hard so I can have some money while I'm there. Also, since I'll be gone for a good part of the summer I've been doing my best to catch up with those that I'll be missing while I'm gone. Unfortunately, it seems like there's never enough time for those that you care so much about. It feels like even though summer's end is still a ways off, that school is right around the corner and the friends that are going away to school will be gone until November. So to those people who I'll be missing, you know who you are, if it were up to me we'd spend every day together and you will always be in my mind.

On the bright side, my job has allowed me to meet several cool people over the last week alone. I mean, I got to go CD shopping with Hawthorne Heights at Best Buy. I'm still waiting to get ahold of the new Receiving End Of Sirens cd, The Earth Sings Mi Fa Mi, but I'll let everyone know when I do. It's really the only CD due to be released this summer that I'm anticipating. Also, The Dear Hunter will be returning to the Webster on 8/29 with Boys Night Out and Scary Kids Scaring Kids so if you can go to that show I would recommend it, The Dear Hunter is an amazing band to see live.
