Mars Volta On Letterman

Here's the video of The Mars Volta playing Wax Simulacra on Letterman. You've got to love that Letterman would have such a wild group of guys just rocking out on the show. Also, this is the first appearance I had seen of now permanently new drummer Thomas Pridgen. Thomas is a drummer from California who won the Guitar Center drum off at both the ages of 9 and 10. He was the youngest drummer to ever receieve an endorsement by Zildjian, a company which is nearly 400 years old. Also, Thomas was given a four year scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA at the age of 15 years old, the youngest musician to ever receive such a scholarship.
